An accepted lead is a homeowner who asked for an HVAC replacement quote, inside your agreed ZIP codes, owns the property, and had their real name, full address, and phone number verified before the lead reached you. If a lead misses that standard, tell us and we replace it, free.
What happens if a lead is a wrong number or out of area?
We replace it, free. Hit reply, tell us which lead and why, and a replacement takes its place. There is no seven-day claim window. A lead that missed the standard is replaced whenever you spot it. A homeowner who has not picked up yet is a different thing: that is a reason to call again quickly, not a defect.
How is this different from shared lead platforms?
